用途:1.用作抗阿米巴药。属卤化8-羟基喹啉类。这类抗阿米巴药通过抑制肠内共生菌而发挥抗阿米巴作用,对阿米巴痢疾产效,对肠道外阿米巴原虫无影响。近年来国外报道本类药物能引起亚急性脊髓视神经病,故该药在日本和美国已禁用。 2. 用作光度法测定复杂物质中铁的显色剂。
安全说明:Moderately toxic by ingestion, intravenous, and intramuscular routes. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of NOx and SOx. Note: The name Anayodin is also used to designate sodium iodide.
